Whose Information I hold
People who have attended or who intend to participate in a yoga session with me. Details of a third party may be held as emergency contact, as provided by attendees.
How information is collected
Information is collected via a Yoga Questionnaire upon registration. Attendance is recorded in a class register. Opt in consent for being sent newsletters is received at registration or by requisition via website, which can be cancelled at any time.
Why is information collected
Individual's details are held for record keeping and accounting. Medical details are collected to ensure safe delivery of services and are stored securely. All details may be held for 7 years following cessation of services due to Compliance with Insurers.
How is information used
Medical information is used solely by YogaBreeze to ensure safe delivery of services. In the event of an emergency, details may be passed to a third party if it is considered to be in the persons best interest.
Names , phone numbers and email addresses are for me to contact you in the event of communicating important relevant information, for example, class cancellations. If you have opted in to receiving Newsletters, legitimate interest exists in the utilising of marketing automation company, Mailchimp, to send emails on my behalf. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the newsletter.
Verbal permission was obtained for the use of any photographs of students which appear on this website or in newsletters. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected] and they will be removed straight away.
